1. Independent Contractor & Referral Disclosure
Notice: “Madrid Plumbers connects you with independent licensed plumbers who perform the work.” Every plumber we send is licensed and insured in Colorado.
Madrid Plumbers acts as a marketing and dispatch coordination network connecting property owners with independent, third-party licensed Colorado plumbing contractors. Madrid Plumbers does not directly employ plumbers, nor does it hold a master plumber license itself. All physical plumbing repairs, installations, diagnostics, warranties, and local permits are the direct contractual responsibility of the independent licensed professional who performs the work.
2. Estimates, Diagnosis & Pricing
Estimates provided over the phone or online prior to physical inspection are preliminary evaluations only. An on-site diagnostic assessment by a licensed technician is required to confirm exact pipe configurations, accessibility, materials, and municipal permitting requirements.
You will always receive a clear, upfront fixed price before any physical repair or installation work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have approved the scope of work and price in writing.
3. Emergency Dispatch & Cancellation
We provide 24/7 emergency dispatch services across Englewood, Littleton, and the South Denver Metro area. For after-hours or emergency dispatches, any applicable diagnostic fee is clearly stated before dispatching a service vehicle. Cancellations must be communicated promptly to avoid travel assessment fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Madrid Plumbers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, delays caused by severe weather or traffic, or the acts and omissions of independent service providers.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
